So what are the settings I use? And do they really matter?

I want the best image that I can generate and I want as few artefacts as possible. Put simply, I want to generate a large image file and then edit it back in post production. So I set the bit rate to maximum, I lock the colour temperature to daylight and shoot my images on linear to reduce lens distortion.

All of these settings are accessed via the Professional Controls which can be turned on by swiping down and then swipe right. It does take a bit of fiddling around and there are some good videos which will lead you through the setup far better than I could do. I recommend you start with this one:
